Hi, I’m Karthik, a former 400m hurdles athlete and personal trainer based in Dubai. I started my journey in sports at a young age and trained professionally for years, which helped me understand what it takes to build strength, discipline, and endurance.

Along the way, I faced many injuries that taught me the importance of proper training and recovery. Those experiences gave me deep knowledge about fitness, movement, and body mechanics—and now I use that to help others reach their goals safely and effectively.
